We have created a work environment where employees feel supported and mentored. There are opportunities to learn and grow. While we work closely as a team, we're all individual contributors. We expect new team members to be tech-savvy and think that tech is your friend. We play an important and serious role in our clients' lives, and they trust us as their partners. Our vibe is often playful, though, especially since we often work with clients in creative fields.

The ideal candidates are in the tri-state area and available to come into the office (in the Chelsea area of Manhattan) for an initial training. We have a remote working set-up (most of our employees work remotely for part of the week), so we will consider the remote candidates as well. For any local employees who will consistently come in, they will have a workspace in the office.
